You can start this in the afternoon and STILL have pizza for dinner. It's probably the easiest from-scratch real pizza recipe out there. The dough is like focaccia, requiring minimal kneading. The cheese crust gives off Detroit style pizza vibes. Highly recommend for every skill level but especially for beginners.
