The Lemon Pepper Chicken Pizza Sandwich is a vibrant mix of fresh, tangy, and savory flavors. The thin, crispy chicken cutlet is the way I love it, delivering that crispy crunch. The zesty lemon pepper sauce adds a nice fresh kick, balanced by a touch of honey’s sweetness. Arugula is so good with this because it adds a peppery bite, and creamy mozzarella contrasts with the tangy sauce. The homemade lemon pepper ranch adds a cool, creamy tang, with Parmesan finishing each bite with a salty kick. Sourdough pizza crust baked in my @gozney dome.
