Kale chips are an excellent introduction to eating this nutritional wonder. They are also a good substitute if you are trying to break your potato chip habit. My basic kale chip recipe simply involves kale roasted with sea salt and olive oil. Most recipes prepare kale chips at higher heat, but I prefer the chewy crispness that lower-temperature baking produces.
