These cookies may be one of my top three favorite red velvet treats, but I love red velvet everything so I might be biased. The cocoa powder adds a perfect amount of the classic red velvet flavour, and the cream cheese filling adds just the right amount of sweetness and creaminess to these thick and moist cookies.
