Red Velvet Cream Cheese Stuffed Cookies
Heat-shaped red velvet cookies filled with cream cheese frosting make the perfect Valentine's Day dessert. What more is there to ask for, really? These cookies may be one of my top three favorite red velvet treats, but I love red velvet everything so I might be biased. The cocoa powder adds a perfect amount of the classic red velvet flavour, and the cream cheese filling adds just the right amount of sweetness and creaminess to these thick and moist cookies.
