A classic dish from southern italy, and one of my favorites from my trip to Positano! I had to recreate this dish after having it multiple times while in Italy - and the best thing, it comes together in no time!
Ingredients
2 large russet potatoes (1 1/2 pound/700g), pierced with fork
1.25 cups '00' or all purpose flour
2 tablespoons olive oil
