This is the Cornbread Sausage Stuffing that I use in my Chicken Breast Stuffed with Cornbread Sausage Stuffing. It's is special creation inspired by countless hours spent in the kitchen with my mom. Growing up, I’d watch her cook, never writing anything down, but you could feel the love she put into every dish. Over the years, I experimented with different ingredients that reminded me of Mom, and this recipe came to life. I've been perfecting it since 1991, and finally wrote it down in 2024 to share with you. It’s a real crowd pleaser and the presentation is just beautiful. 1 lb bulk breakfast hot sausage, crumbled and cooked
3 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons butter
