This is a great way to use your sourdough discard! My current favorite flavors are: Everything but the bagel seasoning; garlic powder, rosemary, sea salt; and southwest-type seasoning (I like Penzy's Southwest the best for this flavor, but there are tons which will work). Pick whatever flavors you/ your family enjoy!
Ingredients
pinch of kosher salt
1 cup flour (any kind will work, apparently)
1 cup (227g) sourdough starter discard
