Cookies and Cream Plated Dessert
This is a plated version of a chocolate chip cookie served with milk ice cream, coffee jelly, toasted marshmallow, and a coffee-chocolate sauce. It's a fun and playful dessert, something a little different from the usual. As a side note, you can skip all the extra components and just enjoy the cookie on its own with a glass of milk. It has a very soft and cake-like texture and is interestingly satisfying to eat. I also added a tempered chocolate shell as a garnish, but that’s optional. If you have any questions about it, feel free to ask, I'd be happy to help. Portions yield between 6 and 8, with 6 being more generous.
