This is a delicious North African dip featuring tomatoes, peppers, chilies, and lots of garlic. It's really easy to make and perfect as an appetizer with some warm pitas on the side. You don't need to make your own pitas but I made my own using @bengingi's recipe: https://www.bengingi.com/recipes/classic-pita?search=pita

Ingredients

8 peeled Roma tomatoes (or 1 can), finely diced
1 diced serrano, finely minced
0.25 c EVOO
