We go through phases of savory or sweet for brekkie, and lately we’ve been on a big time savory kick. Like many people, we used to have scrambled eggs all the time and often miss them at breakfast. We like to pretend that these are our signature scrambled eggs- plus they’re a great substitute high in protein and nutrients and smash with just about anything!

Ingredients

0.5 cup non dairy milk
2 tbsp nutritional yeast
1 tbsp tahini (should be slightly runny)
