You could seriously fool someone with this meal by telling them it's from a fancy Thai restaurant it's THAT GOOD. I added some cod to mine but you could totally add chicken, tofu, or whatever protein you'd like. It's super customizable and super delicious :)

0.5 cup frozen sweet corn
