Spaghetti al limone is one of the more underrated pasta dishes of Italy. A dish that showcases simplicity, the traditional sauce is made up of just lemon, butter, and parmigiano reggiano. I decided to add a fourth: saffron. It's a spice that pairs amazingly with lemon, and since spaghetti al limone is such a simple dish, you'd be able to really taste it.
