Spinach and Banana Muffins
These banana and spinach muffins are one of my favourite go-to bakes for my little one. They’re an excellent way to sneak in some extra veggies, and the natural sweetness from the bananas makes them a treat toddlers actually enjoy. These muffins are perfect for popping in lunchboxes or taking on the go (and not too crumby either!). Much better than processed snacks or store-bought cakes, they give you a healthy, homemade alternative that kids love and parents can feel good about!
