La temperatura baja y el frío nos obliga a buscar la manera de calentarnos y qué mejor forma de hacerlo que preparando una rica sopita. Dicen que la sopa de pollo puede llegar a calentar el alma, hacerte suspirar y sonreír. Tiene que tener algo mágico ya que normalmente lo consumimos cuando estamos enfermos, bajoneados, agotados o en la madrugada después de la jarana. Es amada entre los jóvenes y adultos y disponible las 24 horas. Lo más importante es el caldo, es obligatorio hacerlo con mucha paciencia, amor y buena energía para que se sientan las propiedades milagrosas al momento de consumirla. Me pregunto cuántas historias existirán detrás de este milagro gastronómico, por mi lado más de una. Aquí te dejo mi receta, la misma que utilicé durante casi todo el embarazo de Abi, me gusta pensar que cada vez que la tomaba Luca sonreía y se preparaba para dormir, ahora cuéntame, cuál es tu poción secreta para calentar el alma?
