Homemade buns AND spiraled? Done. Not only the fanciest hot dog, but maybe the best hot dog I’ve ever had. They get topped with a super briny and special “relish” that really just cuts through the fattiness of it all. They’re perfect.

Hot dog buns (Homemade is obviously the way to go here...)
2 tbsp finely chopped cornichons
Hot dogs (I used Boar's Head Uncured Beef Frankfurters which are longer)
