I will never forget the first time I had this chicken. It was the summer of 2006, served for lunch at my family home in Karachi. It was a fun afternoon surrounded by loved ones - laid back, festive, the aromas were tantalising, and the taste...Oh. My. Gosh. I don't think I can ever replicate the magic of that afternoon, but this beings back great memories...and great flavours. :)
