chicken-nuggets-and-ketchup

I love chicken nuggets, but who the hell knows what are in those things? Safer to just make them from scratch–really easy too. So easy, that I made it with my 7 and 9 year old niece and nephew and they were easily able to follow along. We even did the ketchup from scratch but that was for the flex. You really don’t have to do that part, but it’s pretty good. As good as Heinz ketchup, aka the King of Ketchups. Hmmm I really don’t know to be honest. Make it and decide for yourself.
