Este budín lo preparamos con ese pan que te sobró en la semana y lo convertimos en un postre reconfortante y lleno de sabor. Le metemos anís, pasas, canela y lo acompañamos con una salsa de toffee hecha con solo dos ingredientes. Y si lo terminas con una quenelle de helado de vainilla… te pasaste.
