A combination of two of my fav desserts- ice cream and knafeh. The result is a creamy ice cream with a nutty pistachio flavor and a crunchy fragrant Kadaif. If there’s one recipe you’re gonna want to try- it’s this. It can be made entirely vegan.
Ingredients
1.25 cups sweetened whipping cream (I used vegan)
1 cup sweetened condensed milk (I used coconut condensed milk)
0.25 cup pistachio butter
