El pan de jamón tradicional es uno de los acompañantes del Plato Navideño Venezolano, en este pan jamón "Sifrino" sustituimos el jamón por jamón serrano y de pavo, las pasas por pasas doradas, a las aceitunas verdes le agregamos negras tambien e incorporaos queso crema y pimenton asado una locura de bueno.
