Another Italian fusion pizza that just slaps. Making the ground meatball is so fast and easy. Traditional meatball subs use either provolone or mozzarella depending on where you go. So I used both! Oh, and I threw in some seasoned ricotta, because why not. I was experimenting with my dough and decided to use a sourdough starter instead of yeast. I have not published the recipe yet, because I want to tweak a lot more. But I still want to share the details because it turned out great. It's attached and labeled as 12/21 sourdough recipe
