Creamy mushroom pasta was one of the first recipes I learned how to make, and it’s one I keep coming back to, always with a different twist. This time, I decided to add black truffle flavors using truffle butter, paste, and the truffle itself, to give it a simple yet elevated feel (with a touch of nostalgia). If you can’t find fresh truffle, don’t worry, the other truffle-infused ingredients still deliver amazing flavor.

Ingredients

8 oz shellbows (or any other pasta)
0.5 cup grated Parmesan cheese
3 tablespoons olive oil or avocado oil
